So want to love this vital app but...

By day 4, I am so stressed from waiting for the standard 2-4 min crash that Im not getting what I want and need. This is a great gift to us but it should work. Ill use the computer but the issue for me is being able to use my iPad in a quiet conducive setting vs my office almost makes it counter productive. So sad it isnt working.
