Worst app I own, but the one I most want to use

At first, I found the fact that this app keeps crashing during meditation amusing. A challenge for mindfulness, for sure. After a year of this, and now worse (I can’t even open the app on my iPhone as it is perpetually loading), I just find it terribly bad customer service. This is the most expensive app I’ve purchased, the worst performing, but the one I want most to use. I would buy so many more if it even remotely functioned. It’s astonishing to me that something this expensive, and so well intended, performs so poorly, and that nothing has been done to resolve it.
